Our company newly purchased two new 850B machining centers

In order to meet the needs of more customers and improve the production efficiency and processing accuracy of copper casting machining products, our company purchased two new 850B machining centers.
The machining center is called CNC for short. It is a high efficiency automatic machine tool composed of mechanical equipment and numerical control system, which is used to process complex shape workpiece. The processing center is also called computer gong. The machining center is equipped with a tool magazine, which has the function of automatic tool change. It is a numerical control machine tool for multi process machining after the workpiece is clamped once. The machining center is a product with high mechanical and electrical integration. After the workpiece is clamped, the CNC system can control the machine tool to automatically select, change the cutter, automatically align the cutter, automatically change the spindle speed, feed rate, etc. according to different processes, and can continuously complete various processes such as drilling, boring, milling, reaming, tapping, etc., thus greatly reducing the time of workpiece clamping, measurement, machine adjustment and other auxiliary processes The machining shape is complex, the precision is high, and the parts with frequent variety change have good economic effect.
Advantages of machining center:
After the workpiece is clamped on the machining center once, the digital control system can control the machine tool to automatically select and change the cutter according to different processes, automatically change the spindle speed, feed rate of the machine tool, the movement path of the cutter relative to the workpiece and other auxiliary functions, and finish the machining of several processes on the workpiece in turn. Moreover, it has many functions of tool changing or selecting, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Because of the centralization of working procedure and automatic tool change, the machining center reduces the time of workpiece clamping, measuring and machine adjustment, making the cutting time of machine tool reach about 80% of the starting time of machine tool (only 15-20% for general machine tool); at the same time, it also reduces the time of workpiece rotation, handling and storage between working procedures, shortens the production cycle, and has obvious economic effect.
