Process introduction

Precision machining is the process of removing materials from the workpiece and producing precision parts with strict tolerance and high surface quality. The production process includes turning, milling, drilling, gear shaping, honing, grinding and other processes. According to special needs, heat treatment process can be combined in the processing process, i.e. carburizing, quenching, tempering, etc. Precision machining usually requires CNC programming to convert a specific design into a precise shape from multi-dimensional.
