Copper alloys play a crucial role in many fields due to their excellent conductivity, wear resistance, and processability.

The basic core functions of the testing center include chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, hardness testing, metallographic observation, non-destructive testing, linear dimension testing GD&T、 Full project testing such as reverse engineering.

Equipped with advanced spectral analyzers, universal tensile testing machines, metallographic microscopes, electron microscopes and other equipment to determine whether the quality of castings meets the standards.

Non destructive testing uses radiographic testing technology to detect internal defects such as cracks, pores, inclusions, etc. without damaging the casting, ensuring the internal quality of the casting.

High precision three-dimensional detection equipment ensures that linear dimensions and GD&T meet customer requirements.

Reverse engineering: using a laser 3D scanner to achieve non-contact scanning, restore the 3D model of internal cavities, ribs, and potential defects, and provide basic data for subsequent process simulation.
