Process introduction

Permanent mold casting is a metal casting process, usually using reusable molds made of metal ("permanent molds").
We provide permanent die casting to supplement our other casting processes, such as investment casting and shell casting, to meet the needs of aviation customers for precision aluminum castings. We carefully select the appropriate casting process with the best quality and cost solution. We use the permanent die casting process to produce aviation aluminum castings with a diameter / length of 400 mm and a weight of 15 kg. Our process adopts gravity and flip pouring. Our typical permanent die castings include gearbox, pipe fittings, adapter ports, fuel injection housing, pump housing, front housing, pump cover and flange.
